Job Overview

As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple advertising platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll develop and implement strategic action plans to meet marketing goals, while monitoring performance and optimizing campaigns. You’ll also be leading media buying efforts and ensuring our social media presence stays ahead of the curve.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute social media strategies across various platforms.
• Create and manage monthly editorial calendars and content schedules.
• Develop well-structured, engaging social media content (posts, videos, images) optimized with keyword tools.
• Generate fresh, creative ideas to enhance engagement and reach.
• Provide clear visual briefs to the design team for content creation.
• Oversee the full media buying cycle for social media campaigns.
• Monitor and address any issues or inappropriate content on social platforms.
• Track competitor activities and provide weekly performance insights.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools, implementing them where relevant.
• Review and analyze social media accounts daily to ensure top performance.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or Art.
• 3+ years of experience in social media management or a related field.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing successful social media strategies.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook/Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Media buying experience is essential.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative yet independent work style, with a keen eye for detail.
• Creative mindset with a passion for social media and digital marketing.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with social media management tools is a plus.
