Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Business Development Manager” to join our team in this role, you will work closely to coordinate and complete position tasks as follow:

  • Contribute in achieving agreed budget targets (sales, costs, profit) for Egypt
  • Pro-actively support Business Development / demand generation activities aimed at end users, consultants, specifiers, contractors, Governmental Bodies & other relevant market players
  • Develop relationships with architects, consultants, specifiers and key influencers.
  • Actively get involved in tender specification of large projects and provide technical support to partners and different end users.
  • Analyze, develop, implement and follow-up on business development team approach for key verticals (end user groups): generate, follow-up and win project leads within focus verticals
  • Present, discuss, adjust and follow-up on technical and commercial solutions with end-users, consultants, influencers, governmental bodies and construction companies
  • Ensure and achieve with governmental bodies and large end-users that Bosch Video Systems & Solutions is a preferred supplier and that Bosch Video Systems & Solutions are specified as preferred solution: Assist in explaining concepts to system integrators, end-users, consultants and influencers.
  • Active use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool.
  • Develop relationships and follow up projects with different Bosch channels
  • Develop and maintain the Robert Bosch Image with existing and potential partners and other stakeholders.
  • Represent Bosch Security Systems in local events.
  • Plan & organize influencer events; participate if required in trade shows & support PR activities.

Qualifications

EDUCATION

  • A Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or computer science is a plus
  • Fluent in English and Arabic

Experience

  • Minimum 8 years of experience (preferably in security and safety business) in Egypt, with wide network of contacts within governmental bodies and throughout the country.

Skills

  • Commercial attitude with existing network/knowledge of consultants, specifiers, construction companies, architects, end users and different government bodies.
  • Excellent Knowledge of IP Video Surveillance Systems.
  • Knowledge in Fire Alarm, Public Address Systems, Congress Systems, Access Control, Intrusion Alarm and management software is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge in Integrated Security Systems (IP Video, Access control, Intrusion, Public Address systems) and integration with 3rd party systems is a plus.
  • Able to learn and understand new products technically and support customers/partners.
  • Ability to communicate at top-level with Professional organizations (Contractors, Consultants, Ministries, Trade Associations etc.).
  • Experienced in organizing trainings, seminars, trade-shows and giving presentations.
  • Good skills in MS-Office (word, excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Good analytical skills, excellent communicator and business relationship builder.
