Job Description

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence in the Middle East.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth in the access control business unit.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align strategies and deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Analyse market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide leadership in navigating competitive landscapes.


The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the access control/security industry, with a proven track record in sales leadership and team management. You must possess strong strategic and commercial acumen, and a deep understanding of the Middle Eastern market. Excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and drive a high-performing team are essential.
