Role: Lead Consultant

Skill: Business Analyst – Corporate Banking (pricing, lending, trade finance), ERP/Oracle

Description

  • Analyze and interpret business data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Translate business requirements into functional user stories
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for corporate banking products.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate governance frameworks and standards.
  • Lead process improvement initiatives using Six Sigma methodologies and process engineering techniques.
  • Document and maintain business cases, functional requirements, and workflow processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of banking products and services.
  • Provide expertise in lending processes, trade finance, and various cash management products.
  • Support the development and implementation of new corporate banking products and services.
  • building of end user test cases
  • Act as key coordinator with business teams on the UAT execution

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business analytics within a corporate banking environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products and processes.
  • Hands on experience with pricing strategies and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Six Sigma and process engineering certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Green Belt, Black Belt).
  • 8 years experience in banking and implementing various large scale transformation.
  • Strong documentation skills, including the ability to create detailed functional, business case, and workflow documentation.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • 2 years in test case design and execution
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

Preferred Experience / Qualifications

  • Experience with project management and process improvement tools.
  • Experience in pricing /Finance tools : ERP, Oracle, Zafin, Sentech
  • Knowledge of UAE banking industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in using business analytics software and tools.
