Ostool; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring a Executive (Human Resources)
What will you do?
• Receive vacancy requests and perform the recruitment process.
• Write job advertisements for various media channels.
•Research required qualifications and job descriptions, screen CVs, and conduct face-to-face interviews
• Conduct Initial HR Interviews to evaluate candidates.
• Inform job applicants about details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits,
schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
• Prepare employment offers and contracts.
• Develop a comprehensive onboarding procedure and induction program.
• Prepare recruitment KPI reports on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis.
What will you need?
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 to 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good knowledge of Labor law.
• HR certification is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with candidates and hiring managers.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Giza, October, and Zayed residents preferred.
