Assistant Office Manager - HRD

What You’ll Deliver

  • You'll manage and maintain mailbox and calendars/schedules of DA’s HR&D leadership team members
  • You'll assist DA’s office manager and other internal stakeholders by ensuring that all data, files, and documents are maintained in an effective and required confidential manner
  • You'll manage the HR&D team training plan in close cooperation with the office manager
  • You'll prepare invoices, reports, meeting minutes, letters, financial statements and other documents using MS office
  • You'll preform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, performing basic bookkeeping work and any ad-hoc administrative requests

What You Bring

  • You should be educated to a Higher Diploma/ Diploma in Computer Science/Electronics/Information technology, acquired 6 months – 3 years of relevant experience
  • You’ll have knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • You’ll have knowledge of calendar and scheduling software
  • You'll have good technical knowledge of MS office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
