Location: Goldwind Egypt, Turbines Division (On-site, Egypt and MENAT Region)

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated HSE Supervisor to join our team at Goldwind Egypt. This role is pivotal in ensuring the health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld across our operations in Egypt and the MENAT region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and implement HSE policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to employees on HSE practices.
• Collaborate with management to promote a culture of safety.
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within the HSE field at least 5 years.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Fluent in English
• 5 years of experience
• works before with international companies, or big national companies

• Job Description
• Safety Support: Collaborate with the Project and Operations teams to address safety, occupational health, and environmental concerns.
• Compliance Assurance: Assist the HSE Manager in ensuring adherence to HSE regulations and standards at all construction and office locations.
• Meeting Participation: Attend pre-job, planning, and client meetings to discuss and address HSE-related issues as needed.
• Initiative Implementation: Support the rollout of company-wide HSE initiatives and promote best practices.
• HSE Plan Development: Help create HSE plans that align with company policies and client requirements.
• Training and Drills: Facilitate training sessions, toolbox meetings, and emergency response drills as part of the site training and HSE program.
• Incident Investigation: Investigate accidents, complete the close-out process for all Accident Investigation Reports, and submit lessons learned to the Regional HSE Manager.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor HSE performance metrics and provide regular reports on compliance and safety outcomes.
• Employee Orientation: Conduct HSE training and orientation for new employees to ensure awareness and understanding of safety protocols.
• Worksite Compliance: Ensure all worksites meet HSE compliance standards and align with company safety policies.
• Campaign Development: Support construction site HSE personnel in creating and implementing HSE campaigns and promoting best practices.
• Ad-hoc Support: Assist with various HSE tasks and projects as required.
