Overview

Join our team of Global Compliance professionals to support critical aspects of our Global Compliance & Ethics (GC&E) Third Party Risk Management Program, focusing on the mitigation of bribery and corruption-related risks that our Company faces around the world. As a Compliance Analyst on the Anti-Bribery/Anticorruption (ABAC) Team, you will provide support to the Global Compliance & Ethics function by completing key tasks associated with Third Party ABAC risk management. You will gain global knowledge of our Third Party Due Diligence Program by interfacing with Sector business partners to successfully implement this program; you will serve a critical function in our due diligence processes, as well as in our Third Party ABAC training. This is a new role that would be a great opportunity for someone seeking to gain critical experiences provided by a global program role. The role will be based in Cairo, Egypt and will report to a Corporate GC&E Compliance Associate Manager based in Shanghai, China.

Responsibilities

Third Party Due Diligence (TPDD):

  • Monitor progress of due diligence requests, including interfacing with vendor (Certa), sector GC&E colleagues and function resources to answer questions and troubleshoot problems.
  • Track TPDD training and reportion same on a quarterly basis.
  • Assist with clean up and maintenance of the TPDD database, including the review of duplicate vendors, aging third parties, Resolution Committee documentation and remediation documentation.
  • Assist the Associate Manager in the review, assessment, escalation, and submission of TPDD-related documentation.

Integrated Risk Assessments:

  • Support Integrated Risk Assessments through collection and coordination of relevant documents and other information, schedule key meetings and interviews, create templates to track remediation and other noted opportunities.
  • Maintain files of all Integrated Assessment reports and executive summaries, as well as any other final documentation.

ABAC :

  • In connection with ABAC investigations, maintain file of all final investigation documentation. Work with GC&E team to load content developed for our ABAC page on the GC&E intranet website and the ABAC TEAMS SharePoint site.
  • Prepare and issue report of global ABAC clause exceptions indicating when lawyers are unable to include ABAC clauses in sector-based agreements.
  • Assist with tracking of certain ABAC-related controls and processes.
  • Assist with tracking of Pre-Engagement Sanctions Screening data/analytics.
  • Other anticorruption compliance projects as assigned by the ABAC Team.

Qualifications

  • English fluency required - for speaking and writing.
  • Associate degree or equivalent required; College/University Degree beneficial, but not required.
  • Past experience in a business support function (e.g., Control, Audit, HR, Legal) is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and focus.
  • Proficiency in analysis using excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of PowerBI a plus.
  • Highly organized, particularly with respect to document management.
  • Ability to collaborate with GC&E colleagues and key stakeholders from across the globe.
  • Due to global nature of the role, including global stakeholders, candidate must be willing to work outside of standard business hours on occasion.
  • Intellectual curiosity and interest in PepsiCo’s Global Compliance and Ethics Program.
