Job Descrebtion :

Process Optimization: Analyze existing production processes to identify inefficiencies and develop strategies for improvement.
Implement changes to streamline workflows, reduce waste, and increase output.
Quality Control: Ensure that products meet quality standards by monitoring production processes, conducting inspections, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and maintain quality control procedures.
Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair of manufacturing equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
Schedule regular maintenance activities and coordinate with maintenance technicians to address equipment issues promptly.
Production Planning: Work closely with production planners to develop production schedules that meet demand forecasts while optimizing resource utilization. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate changing priorities or unexpected events.
Cost Reduction: Identify opportunities to reduce production costs through process improvements, supplier negotiations, and waste reduction initiatives.

Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, industrial engineering).
1 : 2 Years Of Proven experience in Same Role .
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technologies.
Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization techniques.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
