Key Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, organize, coordinate and supervise all inspections and repairs.
• Ensure that engineering and manufacturing specifications are reviewed to ensure compliance at all times and successful completion of the task.
• Coordination with suppliers of rejected recycled spare parts 5 - Supervising the quality of items repaired during the warranty period 6 -
• Work with the supplier directly to address spare parts failures.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to management and data analysis as required.
• Supervise the supply of spare parts for the repair process.
• Provide technical advice to other departments in matters related to materials engineering and maintaining compliance with regulations.
• Analyze test results and conduct training for relevant staff as required.
• Keep records of test results and all actions taken.
• Facilitate corrective actions for supplier quality issues.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of all company information.
• Support other facilities management members in performing their roles.
• Perform other duties as required by facilities management.
  
  

Experience and Education:

• A bachelor's degree is required. Preferably in mechanical, civil or electrical engineering.
• At least three years of experience in facility maintenance, with knowledge of engineering principles, theories and practices required.
• Experience of at least two years in a supervisory position is preferred.
• Experience in project management feature.
• Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office programs and computer-aided design ( CAD ) or AutoCAD preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, written and verbal is required.
• You have, or be able to have a valid UAE driving license. You have or be able to
• Obtaining a vehicle/fork driver's license.
• Get a driver's license in the UAE, or be able to get a driver's license in the UAE.
