The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in architectural design and the ability to lead and inspire a team of designers. This role involves overseeing the design process from initial concept to project completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, innovative architectural solutions.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects, from conceptualization to completion
• Provide creative direction and oversight to the architectural design team.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using advanced design software.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements, translating them into effective design solutions.
• Ensure all designs comply with relevant building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Mentor and develop junior architects and designers within the team.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

We are Looking for:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Extensive 12 to 15 Years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard tools.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results.
