The Performance Marketing Executive is a key member of the marketing team responsible for driving customer acquisition and growth through effective performance marketing campaigns. This role requires expertise in digital marketing channels, data analysis, and optimization techniques.

  • Campaign Execution:
    • Assist in the development and implementation of performance marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., PPC, social media, display advertising, affiliate marketing).
    • Execute/manage daily campaign management tasks, including bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy creation, and landing page optimization suggestions.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make necessary adjustments to maximize ROI.
  • Data Analysis and Optimization:
    • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for better performance and ROI. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, improving performance and ROI.
    • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition and qualification.
  • Channel Management:
    • Manage and maintain (Maintain and enhance) relationships with external partners, such as (including) ad networks, affiliate programs, and social media platforms.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to optimize channel performance.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate (Work closely) with the Performance Marketing Manager(and other team members to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.
    • Work closely with the creative team to ensure the development of compelling marketing materials.
    • Coordinate with the technology team to ensure seamless campaign execution and data tracking.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare regular performance reports and analysis for the Performance Marketing Manager.
    • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or other related fields.
  • 10+ Years of proven experience in the digital marketing field with paid ads focus.
  • Agency experience or background is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including PPC, social media, and display advertising.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Locker Studio & any other CRM analytics software like Zoho Analytics).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in managing $1M+ yearly budgets.
