What We Look For

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven HR business partner to oversee all human resources operations and ensure they’re aligned with our business goals. Our ideal candidate should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management to be able to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead talent acquisition efforts to ensure the optimal alignment of individuals with their roles.
  • Create and implement leadership development programs aimed at nurturing future leaders and enhancing organizational capabilities.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify skill gaps and develop tailored development plans.
  • Spearhead initiatives focused on employee growth, career progression, and succession planning.
  • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
  • Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback collection, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Develop programs to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  • Ensure compensation practices adhere to current legislation.
  • Update employee records with new hire information and any changes in employment status.
  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of employee information, producing routine and customized reports as needed.
  • Address and resolve employee inquiries promptly.
  • Stay informed and compliant with changes in labor legislation.
  • Process monthly payroll with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Develop and promote programs aimed at fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Create and manage programs that recognize and reward employee contributions and achievements

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • 5+ Years of experience in a similar position
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any relevant degree.
  • Experience in Talent management, organizational development and succession planning
  • Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
  • Proven strong foundation and knowledge of principles & practice of HR
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to effectively coach employees and management through complex and difficult issues
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to set high personal goals and work independently
  • Ability to organize, multi-task and prioritize tasks
  • Ability to make recommendation to effectively resolve problems or issues
  • Demonstrated project management skills
