Job Context: working as Cost Accountant who responsible for analyzing and controlling costs related to food, beverage, and operations. The role includes managing inventory, monitoring financial performance, and ensuring cost-effective strategies that align with the company’s goals.

Key Accountabilities

The position involves:

• Analyze costs and prepare reports on food, beverage, and operational expenses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements.
• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring proper valuation.
• Work with purchasing and operations teams to optimize inventory usage.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
• Provide insights into future cost trends and resource requirements.
• Investigate variances between actual costs and budgets, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with operations to manage portion sizes, reduce waste, and control ingredient costs.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills, And Experience

We are Looking for:

• Minimum bachelor degree in accounting.
• 2-4 years of experience as cost accountant in food and beverages industry is a must.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good in English speak and write.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
