  • Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial transactions in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and assist in monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closings.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports and statements.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including tracking and managing outstanding payments.
  • Work closely with the senior accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and local financial regulations.
  • Communicate with Turkish-speaking clients, vendors, or stakeholders as needed for financial matters.
  • Assist in any ad-hoc accounting duties as assigned by the senior team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fluency in Turkish (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
