Flexible/Agile Working: This role can be performed with a hybrid working arrangement which balances working from home and your contracted office. It is expected that regular attendance in the office will be required in line with team needs.

Role Purpose and Key Responsibilities As an Enrolment Administrator, you will ensure the day to day smooth operation of the enrolment process for potential trainees and candidates wishing to become qualified RICS professionals.

  • Ensuring all individuals registered as trainees and candidate surveyors are eligible
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the integrity of the register of candidates and trainees
  • Supporting engagement and sales teams with accurate trainee and candidate pipeline information
  • Support assessment delivery teams with eligibility checks
  • Ensuring that enrolment applications are processed in line with quality checks and KPIs

About You Experience / Skills Required

  • Demonstrable experience of completing data input with accuracy and efficiency
  • Proven ability to adhere to quality assurance procedures
  • A sound understanding and ability to work with Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to build effective relationships with members, the public and stakeholders
  • Ability to prioritise work to ensure strict deadlines are met
