Your Role and Responsibilities
You will work closely with the team members to determine the most suitable and competitive offer to the candidates selected in the interviewing rounds in one of IBM Consulting CIC Egypt’s service lines. You will engage with the candidates to gather relevant information and convince them to meet their expectations and their competitive offers. You will use the tools and solutions provided to you and your team and engage in the day-to-day operational activities overseeing the team performance and resolving inquiries to succeed in IBM’s Offer CoE strategy.
Responsibility
- Build long-term relationships with candidate during the hiring process, explain IBM Consulting’s value proposition to candidates including but not limited to IBM salary structure, benefits along with various offer related components
- Uses deep knowledge of competitor opportunities to differentiate IBM’s unique career possibilities, advantages, and rewards and leverage a consistent, compelling message that conveys the most significant motivators to prospective candidates.
- Negotiate with candidates on queries pertaining to financials and non-financial commitments
- Query Management and resolution within service level
- Co-ordinate with Service Line leaders, Hiring Manager, and all other extended teams within and outside Talent acquisition to onboard the candidate
- Meet projected business hiring demand within service line
- Generate solutions, based on analytical skills & business knowledge
- Support activities that reduce costs or expenses
- Guide and coach team members in the activities assigned to your group
- Communicate relevant information to the group
- Meet the deadlines and goals set for the group
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 2-5 years of operational experience within HR, Talent Acquisition, or compensation
- Should have excellent communication skills and ability to effectively engage with a multitude of different professionals.
- Demonstrated time management skills and teamwork orientation.
- Proactive and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate and diffuse conflict.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Excellent negotiator
- Proficient in Ms Excel & PowerPoint
