International Community Schools (ICS) is a leading educational institution committed to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for students. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Assistant to join our dynamic team, ensuring compliance with ADEK regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring compliance with ADEK regulations.
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and processing new hire paperwork in accordance with ADEK requirements.
  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ADEK standards.
  • Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs, ensuring adherence to ADEK guidelines.
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of HR-related communications, ensuring compliance with ADEK regulations.
  • Provide general HR support to staff members, addressing inquiries and resolving issues while adhering to ADEK standards.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role within an educational institution in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of ADEK regulations and guidelines pertaining to HR functions.
  • Proven ability to effectively manage employee relations and address HR-related issues within the context of ADEK requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
