About You

We are looking for a skilled Multimedia designer who can create engaging and visually appealing content for our marketing and training programs. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and strategic thinking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality videos, designing impactful graphics, and ensuring our content aligns with Trufla's brand standards and objectives. Additionally, this role will involve designing materials for events and tradeshows.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Production:
• Create, edit, and produce high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, training programs, social media, and webinars.
• Develop video content from concept to final product, including storyboarding, scripting, filming, and post-production.
• Collaborate with the marketing and training teams to ensure video content meets the strategic goals and enhances user engagement.
• Manage video equipment, software, and resources efficiently.
• Graphic Design:
• Design eye-catching graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and training materials.
• Ensure all visual content adheres to Trufla's brand guidelines and maintains a consistent look and feel.
• Create engaging infographics, animations, and other multimedia content to support marketing and training initiatives.
• Design promotional materials for events and tradeshows, including banners, brochures, and booth graphics.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and develop creative concepts.
• Project Management:
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
• Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors to coordinate project requirements and deadlines.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in video production and graphic design.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Film Production, or a related field.
• Proven experience in video production and graphic design, preferably within a marketing or training context.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling, branding, and user engagement.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience with animation and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and trends.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and training development.
• Experience in designing for events and tradeshows.
