Financial Manager

About the role:

As we continue to grow, we seek a skilled and experienced Financial Manager to lead our financial operations and ensure sustainable growth and economic health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s business goals and long-term growth.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process, prepare financial forecasts, and monitor financial performance against targets.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including profit/loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow projections for internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies.
• Cost Control & Optimization: Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive financial efficiency within the organization without compromising service quality.
• Risk Management: Assess and manage financial risks, including currency exchange fluctuations, regulatory changes, and operational risks.
  
  

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in financial management, preferably within the Igaming, tech, or related industries.
• Advanced English-level Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
• Proficiency in financial management software and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to interpret complex financial data, provide insightful analysis, and develop actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills, high level of data accuracy
• Proven track record of optimizing and automatization processes.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with international financial operations and multi-currency environments.
• Understanding cryptocurrency and digital payment systems is a plus.
