Stakeholder Management Manager

Synopsis

This position will be responsible for the GSA/CSP RFP tender process for Etihad Cargo, ensuring efficient project facilitation, stakeholder communication, and proposal evaluation. You will be developing and maintaining SOPs, managing the onboarding and offboarding of representatives, creating training materials, and organizing quarterly business reviews. You will be accountable for ensuring accurate documentation, managing communication channels, and upholding customer service standards.

Accountabilities

• Oversee the GSA/CSP RFP Tender process for Cargo, including project facilitation, stakeholder communication, proposal evaluation .Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the RFP process to ensure consistency and transparency
• Develop and manage the onboarding process for new representatives, ensuring all contracts, training and obligations are properly in place .Develop and manage the offboarding process for former representatives, ensuring all contracts and obligations are properly concluded
• Develop and manage training material with key departments .Organize quarterly business reviews with GSA/CSP and AM according to agreed KPIs .Maintain an accurate and organized documentation of all contracts and related correspondence
• Develop the GSA/CSP communication channel and ensure it is updated with new material and corporate information
• Create and maintain the GSA database
• Prepare the monthly report with the agreed KPIs
• Develop and manage customer service standards for GSA/CSP
• Proficiency with excel and report preparation is a must

Education & Experience

• Bachelors’ degree, in a commercial discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in commercial discipline
• At least 6 years hands on experience and proven successful track record in similar role, preferably in airline or cargo industry.
• Experience in managing a team, or a project independently.
• Technical know-how of the Cargo industry and sales process, Project Management Certification- Desirable
