- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and defect elimination processes to improve asset reliability.
- Utilize problem-solving techniques and tools such as Taproot, PROACT, and others to identify and resolve issues.
- Provide technical support for RCA efforts at oil & gas or petrochemical sites.
- Prepare and present RCA reports with recommendations for corrective actions and improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement RCA findings and ensure long-term asset reliability.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years’ experience in RCA or defect elimination, with at least 5 years in site technical support in oil & gas or petrochemical industries.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Taproot RCA team leader certified (preferred).
- PROACT or other RCA certifications.
- Skills & Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of RCA methodologies and problem-solving techniques.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong fluency in English (written and spoken).
