Job Purpose

The Senior Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in creating high-quality visual communication that strengthens the company's brand identity and drives marketing and creative initiatives. This role involves conceptualizing, designing, and executing a wide range of graphic materials across various digital and print mediums.

Technical Accountabilities

• Develop compelling and visually appealing graphic design solutions that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Independently manage and complete assigned design projects from concept to final execution, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, medical …etc.) to understand design requirements and translate them into effective visuals.
• Stay up to date on design trends, software applications, and industry best practices.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's visual style guide.
  
  

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA's)

• Relevant educational background.
• More than 3 years of experience.
• Expert-level in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to translate complex ideas into clear and visually appealing designs.
• Ability to presenting design concepts and ideas persuasively.
• Generating original design ideas and solutions.
• Analyzing design elements and making sound creative decisions.
• Meeting deadlines efficiently and managing workload effectively.
• A good experience in UI/UX design is a plus.
• Staying up to date with current design trends and software.
