Overview
The position is responsible for leading data management training program identifying needs and mapping out development plans for functional and data teams.
Responsibilities
- Integrate training manuals for all data users, including all tracks (materials, customers, vendors, and prices) and DMO areas.
- Operate internal and external social networks.
- Interact with stakeholders to create materials for the learning initiatives.
- Co-create content for internal and external communities (videos, posts, texts, images, etc.).
- Generate the comms team with SLAs & specific services portfolio.
- Operate different softwares for comms creation.
- Contact & follow up with vendors & agencies when the requirements must be outsourced.
Qualifications
- Agile mindset to work in an agile squad.
- Strong Collaboration with multifunctional teams.
- Proficiency in Visual Presentations tools (PowerPoint, Canvas, Illustrator, etc)
- Social media management and data & analytics.
- Structure thinking.
- Ability to adapt changes quickly and handle unforeseen requirements effectively.
- Hands-on experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting.
- Articulate 360° Tool.
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
