Our client is a leader in the regional insurance market, with a presence in the UAE, Oman, Egypt, and Syria.
They are seeking an
Insurance Assistant with expertise in Motor Claims.
This is a temporary position for 2 months, with the possibility of extension based on performance. Only candidates holding their own visa will be considered for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with Motor Claims
- Being part of the Call Center Team in Servicing (Claim Intimation, Document Collection, Claim Registration, Inbound call handling)
- Ensuring accuracy in filing documents as per SOPs
- Providing administrative support related to motor claims
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of post-degree UAE experience
- Motor Insurance Claims experience are an added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Office Administrative & Customer Service background
- Strong command of English language, both written and oral
- Tagalog speaking candidates are preferred.
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08.00 AM - 5.00 PM
