A Well-Known Engineering Company Located in Heliopolis is looking for "Office Manager" to join their team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word, and a strong background in travel and logistics. The role requires managing office operations, booking travel arrangements, and supporting the management team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Handle travel arrangements including booking flights.
  • Maintain and update records using MS Excel, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management.
  • Prepare and format professional documents using MS Word.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in logistics coordination and support for office-related projects.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Previous experience in the travel or logistics industry is a plus.
