HR Administration Specialist

Tasks:

  • Data Management within Zoho Recruit
  • Overlooking the operational procedures and ensuring smooth operations
  • Calendar Management | Interview coordination and internal meetings
  • Revising CVs to ensure they meet our quality standards
  • Publishing job ads across various platforms to attract top talent
  • Creating Onboardingmaterial and growing your Adminteam
  • Building and handling the Customer Care for our Freelanceplattform
  • General Assistance and projectwork

Requirements

  • Exceptional German & English language skills are essential
  • Several years of experience in HR Administration, ideally in a Startup environment
  • Experience with Zoho Recruit is obligatory
  • We value a independent, proactive approach to work, whereby you are used to take over responsibility
  • Systematic, precise, and forward-thinking
