Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
  • Understanding of CRM and database software.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead a team and people management experience.
  • Excellent leadership skills.
  • Experience setting sales goals and OKRs.
  • English level: Excellent to fluent is a MUST
