Take responsibility for recruitment screening and maintaining the Database including applicants history and C7 and ensure that all data is accurate and updated.
Arrange and conduct interviews/exams/assessments for white and blue-collar positions and liaise with applicants to provide updates on their status.
Take responsibility for employment fair preparations
Coordinate between the company and the recruitment NGOs and universities
Update and maintain job descriptions and job specifications
provide analytical and well-documented reports
Prepare and post the vacant positions
Coordinate with different universities for the internship programs
Update and post the vacant positions on our career page (website)
Regular visits to different recruitment sources to establish communication
onboarding new employees to become fully integrated
Support the HR team in the other functions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years experience in Recruitment.
Preferably within the automotive industry.
Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a competitive market.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
