Position: Senior/ Sales Manager Coatings (Multinational)

Location: Cairo, Egypt

Contract Details: Full-time, Permanent

Company Overview:

We are a leading multinational company in the coatings industry, dedicated to providing high-quality products and services to our customers. With a strong presence in the Egyptian market, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior/ Sales Manager to join our team in Cairo.

Job Overview:

  • To manage, develop and understand the needs of a growing customer base, making regular visits to these accounts and building, maintaining and managing relationships with key contacts at all levels.
  • Negotiating prices and volumes with customers in order to maximize returns to the business
  • Seek out, analyze and develop new accounts, promoting sales of the product portfolio in line with business growth strategies.
  • To agree annual sales budgets with the Commercial Manager and Business Manager
  • Gather, analyze, interpret and present market, product, competitor and industry data to enable development of the forward strategy of the business
  • To visit and represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences, networking with representatives from a broad range of companies
  • Pro-actively monitor and review payment terms against customer portfolio, ensuring that payment terms and methods are adhered to, keeping business risk to a minimum.
  • Ensure that payment terms and cash flow implications are considered at time of negotiation for all new and existing business.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and targets
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Egyptian market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to develop and launch new products
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Qualifications:

  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Negotiation skills ,Good presentation skills. Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to liaise with people at all levels
  • Knowledge and networks within country area industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management in the coatings industry
  • Strong understanding of the Egyptian coatings market and industry trends
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
