Front-End Developer (HTML & WordPress) - LM TECH IT SERVICES

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer with a strong command of HTML and WordPress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing user-friendly web interfaces, ensuring optimal performance across various devices, and maintaining WordPress-based websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Web Development:
• Develop responsive and visually appealing web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Build and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project requirements.
• Website Maintenance:
• Manage and maintain existing WordPress websites, ensuring they remain functional, secure, and up-to-date.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to website performance, layout, and functionality.
• User Experience Optimization:
• Collaborate with designers to implement user-friendly interfaces and improve the overall user experience.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
• Cross-Browser Compatibility:
• Ensure that websites are compatible with different browsers and devices.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to guarantee a seamless user experience.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Work closely with back-end developers, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and high-quality digital products.
• Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for task completion.
• Content Management:
• Assist in the integration of content within WordPress, ensuring that it is displayed accurately and effectively.
• Customize WordPress admin areas to improve content management and site administration.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Technical Skills:
• HTML/CSS: Advanced knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
• WordPress: Strong experience with WordPress development, including custom themes and plugins.
• JavaScript: Proficiency in JavaScript, with experience in libraries and frameworks like jQuery.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
• Design Tools: Experience with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch is a plus.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on WordPress.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering responsive and user-friendly websites.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS.
• Experience with SEO best practices and website optimization.
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
