Duties And Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions across multiple channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, including Instagram or Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads to achieve target ROI and KPIs.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to identify opportunities for campaign optimization and improvement.
- Collaborate with design team for social media assets & create compelling and engaging content for digital channels, including website copy, blog posts, social media posts, and email newsletters.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, such as website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI, to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing, and propose innovative ideas to enhance our digital presence and performance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns and achieving measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and email marketing software.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for digital channels.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong organizational and time management skills.
