𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Credit Controller Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the UAE's 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟(frozen) 𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐀 industry. The ideal candidate will manage accounts receivable processes, ensure timely collections, and maintain strong relationships with clients.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collection of payments.
- Prepare and send invoices, payment reminders, and statements to clients.
- Conduct credit assessments and manage credit limits for new and existing clients.
- Resolve customer disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and updates in the accounting system.
- Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and collections performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE, preferably within the 𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐟𝐟 𝐨𝐫 𝐇𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐀 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐲(mandate).
- Strong command of both 𝐇𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐢𝐬𝐡 (𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧).
- Proficient in accounting software - 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐌𝐒 𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥 (mandate).
