Profil du candidat

  • BSc or MSc in Accounting or Finance, additional qualification (e.g. CPA or CFA) is a plus.
  • 7-8 years of experience - Excellent command of English language
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Result oriented
  • Good knowledge of accounting software especially SAP.
  • Good knowledge on Microsoft suite (Power point, Word…)
  • Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills
  • Leadership & time management skills
  • Able to identify risky situations within the context of one's activity and warns the relevant services (HSEQ, Operations)


Activités

  • Able to build Cash-flow forecast and analyses
  • Active participation, supporting several projects of the Finance team related with Treasury, Tax, accounting, controlling, procurement and IT projects.
  • Supervising the digitalization of the Finance organization
  • Implementation of dashboard and KPI to follow the Finance team project including the designing new operational or financial process.
  • Active participation to mission to support finance team, ad hoc request/analysis from the Finance Director: Example supporting the accounting year-end process…
  • Able to provide high quality management presentation in Power point on ad hoc request from the Finance Director
  • Able to handle communication with both finance shareholders representation related with Finance matters.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data on ad hoc request from the Finance Director
  • Perform other financial responsibilities as and when required
  • Implement the required process of due diligences within my area of responsibilities.
  • Apply the entire ethical approach and TotalEnergies code of conduct values.
  • Comply with HSE policies & 12 golden rules.
  • Has a basic knowledge of HSE issues even though it is not updated regularly.
