Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter with at least 3 years of experience in the Middle East market. This role requires a proactive individual who can not only identify and engage exceptional tech talent but also consult with clients to understand their unique hiring needs and organizational culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various tech positions, including software developers, data analysts, and IT specialists, ERP consultants.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to attract top talent.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and talent availability in the Middle East.
  • Provide consultative support to clients, advising on market conditions, salary benchmarks, and best hiring practices.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and improve processes.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in tech recruitment, specifically within the Middle East region.
  • Strong understanding of the tech industry, including knowledge of in-demand roles and skills.
  • Proven track record of successful placements in tech positions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field is preferred.
