Raya Smart Building; one of Raya's subsidiaries is hiring IT Supervisor.

What will you do?

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the mall's network infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, and wireless networks.
• Manage and maintain server systems, workstations, and other IT equipment, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Provide technical support to staff, tenants, and customers, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
• Implement and enforce security measures to protect the IT systems and data from threats such as malware, unauthorized access, and cyberattacks.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality of service.
• Coordinate and oversee IT projects; such as network upgrades, system installations, and software implementations.
• Coordinate and cooperate with RDC in the centralized functions.
• Providing a centralized help desk for employees to address all IT support and issues.

What will you need?

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Relevant IT certifications, such as CompTIA Network+ or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA).
• Strong knowledge of network technologies, server administration, and IT security best practices.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Proficiency in various operating systems, network protocols, and IT security tools.
