We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Marketing Manager, Waterpark, to support the launch and ongoing marketing efforts for the upcoming Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark.You will contribute to the overall strategy from the pre-launch to the grand opening and post-launch of the facility, by developing strategic activations in line with the business needs. You will be responsible for driving brand visibility and increasing brand awareness in local and international markets.

Additionally, you will ensure the consistency of the brand identity, tone of voice, visual identity, and brand essence across all channels and initiatives. Your will develop a marketing calendar relevant to the nature of the business and business objectives and drive continuous campaigns throughout the year. You will work closely with other departments, such as waterpark operations, sales, revenue, F&B, and digital marketing, to gather relevant data and support all business requirements, including in-park guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creation and implementation of marketing strategies across different channels to promote the Grand Hyatt Dubai Waterpark.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to produce high-quality content and collaterals.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new marketing opportunities.
  • Support the planning and execution of special events, including influencer collaborations, media activations, etc.
  • Track and report marketing performance, including relevant KPIs, and recommend improvements to ensure campaign effectiveness.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 3 – 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the attractions/entertainment industry at an agency or in-house.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, PR, content writing, content creation, advertising, and all other areas related to brand building and positioning.
  • Excellent communication, project management and analytical skills.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, initiative-taker.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
