Black & Grey HR is hiring for a renowned university in the UAE. Our client is looking to hire an Office Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the university’s administrative office. This role ensures smooth office functioning, effective resource management, and provides support to faculty, staff, and students by coordinating administrative tasks and maintaining a professional working environment.

  • Manage day-to-day administrative activities, including office supplies, equipment maintenance, and workspace organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for administrative queries from faculty, staff, and students.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments, and manage the university’s master calendar.
  • Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient office procedures and processes.
  • Oversee records management, including filing systems, documentation, and data entry.
  • Assist with budget management, procurement, and invoice processing.
  • Ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Support special projects and initiatives led by university leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and office management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English & Arabic language.
