Receptionist ( Relocation to Dubai or Doha)

Are you a proactive and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional support? We're looking for a experienced Receptionist to join a multinational company.


📍 Location: Doha / Dubai


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide face-to-face reception coverage.
  • Manage office communications, including mail, phone lines, and calendar.
  • Assist with Zoom troubleshooting and audio-visual setups.
  • Coordinate office events and catering.
  • Handle courier accounts and internal mail distribution.
  • Arrange transportation for partners and visitors.
  • Manage invoice tracking and corporate card operations.
  • Oversee office onboarding processes and occupancy reporting.
  • Liaise with Facilities for maintenance support.
  • Operate internal office applications like Teams and Colleague Connect.


Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years in a similar role.
  • Experience in financial services or consultancy is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Oracle and smart office technology is an advantage.


Skills & Attributes:

  • Professional demeanor with excellent command of English (verbal & written).
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • Capable of managing projects and prioritizing tasks.


Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Familiarity with video conferencing tools is a plus.
