What Will You Do

Job Purpose:

  • To provide the assigned platform or assets, where applicable, with the needed Human Capital operational and transactional support in the implementation of HC solutions, frameworks, and systems in order to meet the HC strategy, all while enhancing processes impacting HC Talent Partner operations and engaging with the Human Capital CoE.

Key Accountabilities:

Business Partnership Model:

  • Provide the required operational HC support to the assigned platforms, corporate functions and assets, as applicable, in implementing Human Capital solutions and frameworks in order to support HC effectiveness within Mubadala Investment Company.
  • Capture employees and compliance related issues, conflicts or grievances and ensure effective and timely resolution in line with the overarching HC policies and guidelines.

Talent Partner Support:

  • Act as the focal point of coordination and communication with corporate function(s), platforms and assets and support the TPs in identifying, developing and implementing suitable HC initiatives to enable smooth and efficient operations.
  • Support in enhancing processes impacting the TP team operations and execute transactional activities, as required, in order to enable more time for the provision of value-adding / advisory services by the Talent Partners.

Coordination:

  • Coordinate regularly with the HC CoE on all operational matters impacting the team on a day-to-day basis in order to ensure efficient workflow of activities and that all HC issues, queries and clarifications related to the platform / business function are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate the weekly meetings including scheduling meetings, sending calendar invites, reserving meeting rooms, developing minutes of meetings, and following up on action items and resolutions in order to ensure the meetings are productive and results are monitored.

Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures:

  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of functional systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international leading practice’ in order to improve business processes, productivity and operational efficiency.
  • Have a strong understanding of policies and be able to implement all relevant functional policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Reporting:

  • Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate functional reports to meet Mubadala Investment Company’s requirements, and the functional requirements, policies and standards.

Related Assignments:

  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.

What Will You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
  • Minimum 7-10 years proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role within a specialized HR function (Recruitment, Performance Development etc.)
  • Good knowledge of human capital services, process, tools and methods.
  • Exposure to an organization undergoing change.
  • Good knowledge of the human capital service delivery model and understands how human capital services impact business operations.
  • Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Creative, good analytical skills, and attention to details.
