Job Overview

As Senior Trade Officer at Emirates NBD, your role is to execute and complete day to day transactions including maintenances relating Investments on client accounts. He / She is expected to be proactive and look for solutions for challenges arising out of daily transaction support for various investment products. He / She is expected to work in a team and ensure efficiency and accuracy in daily transactions. The role demands technical expertise in Investment Operations functions such as Trades allocation, Asset Servicing, Reconciliation and the compliance and control orientation for efficient processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance Efficiencies in executing Investment Transactions for WM Clients in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure Trades allocations are completed on a timely basis. Escalations are made for any pending settlements.
• Understand the customer’s needs and provide efficient and accurate solutions for banc assurance related queries.
• Work within the TAT of the said processes without errors. Escalate if there are any delays or issues to team leader.
• Collaborate with Business in understanding their requirements and delivering Operational support to enable product rollouts
  
  

Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3-4 years banking experience in an Investment Operations role or in a similar function
• Knowledge of Investment Ops
• Good administration and organizational skills.
• Well versed with MS Excel, MS Word and MS Power Point.
