  • Support the Operations Function in Saudi Arabia in monitoring forecast accuracy for all SKUs and analyzing trends to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Assist in inventory management for all SKUs, ensuring optimal stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Prepare reports Out of Stock SKUs and collaborate with the Operations Manager to address supply shortages.
  • Contribute to monitoring the financial alignment of sales versus budget and assist in analyzing variances.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining databases for market demand, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Support the Operations Manager in managing the inbound logistics process.
  • Participate in meetings with distributors to discuss stock coverage and order processes, providing necessary data and insights.
  • Support the Operations Manager in aligning with the warehouse team to prioritize purchase order deliveries.
  • Assist in managing the process for sales returns, following SOPs, and ensuring compliance with guidelines.
  • Maintain effective relationships with business distributors and customers.
  • Contribute to generating reports on stock coverage, analyzing sales data, and identifying risk items.
  • Ensure adherence to company SOPs and guidelines, escalating any deviations to the Operations Manager.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SAM Team, commercial and Supply chain to ensure smooth operations and process alignment.
  • Provide support in Sales and Operations Planning meetings, gathering relevant information for analysis and decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
  • 3-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or a related role, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Solid understanding of demand planning, inventory management, and logistics operations.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software applications and systems, such as SAP or other ERP systems.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to generate insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
  • Continuous learner with a proactive attitude towards professional development.
  • This role is based in Egypt and supports the team in Saudi Arabia.
