Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness in the office, including ensuring common areas like meeting rooms, break areas, and reception are tidy.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock and ordering when necessary.
  • Assist with basic data entry or clerical tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Handle office errands such as delivering documents or packages.
  • Support the staff in organizing meetings or events when needed.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic understanding of office management procedures.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
