Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or office.
Assist with clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, and organizing documents.
Maintain cleanliness in the office, including ensuring common areas like meeting rooms, break areas, and reception are tidy.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock and ordering when necessary.
Assist with basic data entry or clerical tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Handle office errands such as delivering documents or packages.
Support the staff in organizing meetings or events when needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Basic understanding of office management procedures.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Good communication skills and a pleasant demeanor.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Skills:
Time management and organizational skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office tools, email).
Attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
Office environment with typical working hours.
Some physical tasks like lifting office supplies or moving documents may be required.
