Job Summary

Deliver outstanding customer service in order to understand the demands of their clients and reach branch sales goals by increasing the number of London taxi rides.



Duties & Responsibilities

  • :Understand and cater to the unique transportation needs of customers, whether it's for vehicle rentals or ride requests
  • .Match customers' requirements with the appropriate transportation solutions from our fleet of vehicles and services
  • .Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives within defined timeframes
  • .Coordinate and manage vehicle reservations, ensuring prompt and efficient communication via telephone and email to confirm bookings and drop-offs
  • .Prepare rental agreements or ride request details while providing guidance on optional extras that align with the customers' preferences and needs
  • .Ensure accuracy in all financial transactions related to rentals and ride requests, ensuring successful completion of assigned transactions
  • .Effectively manage vehicle status changes and updates in our systems to optimize fleet availability
  • .Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless service delivery process and outstanding customer experiences
  • .Professionally address and resolve customer complaints or concerns face to face and in a timely manner
  • .Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and customer support, to streamline service execution and enhance overall efficiency
