  • BAU Management:
    • Collaborate with Service Hubs and IT teams to implement business requests (e.g., product extensions, price adjustments, promotions).
    • Gather requirements, manage market tickets, and validate configurations.
  • Incident Management:
    • Handle bug reporting, resolution follow-up, and ticket management.
    • Assist with creating and attending P1 calls, and provide resolution testing.
  • Global Features & Market Requests:
    • Activate and test new features and upgrades.
    • Support local teams in testing, including UVT and regression testing.
  • SFP Product Deployment:
    • Ensure visibility and availability of products/SKUs.
    • Oversee day-to-day management of product capabilities on omnichannel platforms.
    • Perform and validate testing procedures.
Requirements

  • Strong project coordination skills with experience in BAU management, incident management, and global product deployment.
  • Proficiency in testing and validation methods like UVT, smoke, and regression testing.
  • Excellent communication skills for internal and global team collaboration.
  • Fluent English
