  • To plan and install the solutions as per the scope of Work
  • Providing hardware and software support for all the customers
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks devices
  • To generate more business from the customer
  • Hands on experience with Security, Networking , server and storage
  • To be available and responsible for any issues at customer site related to the solution
  • To make the customer satisfied and make sure for the repeat business
  • Commercial Awareness and negotiation skills
  • Strong Problem Solving and Decision Making skills
  • Strong Project Management skills


RequirementsExperience (Yrs& Field) : 8-10Years UAE experience
Educational Qualification : Diploma /BE, Should have valid UAE DL
Professional Certifications: Cisco ,HP, Fortinet, Sonicwall, MS, Azure etc.

Skills & Abilities:

Virtualizations: Hyper V and VMWare, MS Cloud Technologies: Office 365 ,Azure, SharePoint, Active directory, Backup and recovery : Acronis and Veeam Backup, Mail solutions: MS Exchange and Office 365, Security Solution: Sonicwall , Cisco & Fortinet, WiFi Solutions : Aruba, Cisco, Meraki, TPLINK, Firewall solution : Fortigate.
