Role Purpose

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management, ensuring the flow of shipments and final products from suppliers to retailers and customers. He/ she is liable to manage orders and coordinate stock of materials and equipment to ensure the company has everything needed.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating shipments both local and international.
  • Prepare and review shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, CoO, etc.).
  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customs agents to resolve any issues.
  • Handle other administrative tasks related to daily logistics operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
  • 1 years of experience in logistics or similar domain.
  • Effective communication, including writing, speaking and interpersonal communication.
  • Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and client relations skills.
  • Keep organization and time management skills.
