JOB PURPOSE:


Responsible in taking food and beverage orders, suggestive selling, serving orders to guests and ensuring complete guest satisfaction


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Capability to perform repetitious duties
  • Capability of working in a high-pressured environment
  • Performing other reasonable job duties as assigned by direct supervisors from time to time
  • Being knowledgeable about all the menu items, ingredients and recommendations
  • Setting up / opening and closing the restaurant
  • Explaining the daily specials / chef recommendations
  • Taking order and punching them into the POS system
  • Serving food and drinks
  • Liaising with bartenders and runners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Making the guest feel at home and taken care of throughout their experience
  • Taking out the empty plates, glasses and condiments after the guests have finished
  • Cleaning the restaurant
  • Cleaning applicable operational equipment
  • Re-stocking service areas
  • Re-stocking condiments


JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and service excellence
