Your role and team:
- You will be responsible for recruitment across Egypt (annual volumes: app. 300 white collar and 500 blue collar roles)
- You lead a team of ~10 FTEs (+ additional external consultants as per need)
- Your peers are Senior Talent Acquisition Managers and as a group you are responsible for recruitment across the company (29 countries)
- Your will report into the Group Talent Acquisition Manager

ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Acquisition & Identification delivery
- You deliver recruitment for countries’ key positions with support of local specialists apart from senior top key positions
- You are responsible for delivery of Acceleration & Development Centers for identified employee segments
- You ensure ongoing talent scanning across the region to proactively identify talent pools for critical roles based on SWP sessions and estimated candidates’ trends
- You partner with Line managers and HR Business partners to build the robust talent pipeline
Talent Acquisition long term planning
- You plan future projections of staffing needs along with HR Business Partners and Business Leaders and forecasts resource growth based on the regional business and staffing needs
- You define inputs for Countries’ Strategic Workforce Planning talent sessions in the region in line with long term group needs; participates in country talent SWP sessions
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
- You are an experienced (10+ years of Recruitment Experience) and skilled Recruitment Manager (3+ years’ experience in managing and developing teams)
- You are comfortable with “hands on” recruitment for senior business leader positions
- You are knowledgeable of the external labor market and Talent Acquisition trends
- You have strong business focus and a “Solution Mindset”
- You have high EQ and respect Cultural diversity and display cross-cultural sensitivity through your style of working
