About The Function

Armani Cafe, located in the Burj Khalifa and within the Armani Hotel, is known for its elegant ambiance and sophisticated design, reflecting the style of Giorgio Armani. It offers a high-end dining experience with a focus on Italian cuisine and gourmet coffee.

Importantly, Armani Cafe does not serve alcohol, making it a great option for those looking for a luxurious cafe experience without alcoholic beverages. Instead, guests can enjoy a variety of specialty coffees, teas, and a selection of non-alcoholic drinks, along with a menu featuring light bites, pastries, and desserts.

This function is to ensure exceptional Dining Experiences in a highly empowered environment. Represent our brand, throughout the Guest journey, to deliver a flawless dining experience. Ensure that each guest becomes a happy fan of our restaurants, by delighting them from welcome until farewell.

What You Will Need To Succeed

  • Genuine Service Personality: A warm demeanor with high emotional intelligence (EQ).
  • Educational Background: Minimum of a high school diploma required; a college degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant Experience: At least one year of experience in a similar role within a 5-star hospitality company.
  • Language Proficiency: Strong command of both written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Operational Excellence: Ability to conduct all F&B service tasks while adhering to service standards and procedures.
  • Proactive Approach: Go the extra mile to enhance the guest experience and prevent complaints, ensuring effective service recovery when needed.
  • Team Communication: Proactively communicate with fellow team members, always prioritizing the guest’s interests.
